Glowlock is a free slot game played with play coins. We collect as little as we can to run it. This page says what, why, for how long, and who helps us.

What we collect and why

We don't sell data, don't show ads, don't build profiles, and don't use tracking cookies. There is nothing to buy, so we hold no payment details.
Cookies
We use only cookies the game needs: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to your player account, and one that remembers the language you chose. No analytics or advertising cookies, so there's no cookie banner.
Who helps us
- Supabase: database and accounts, hosted in the EU.
- Vercel: hosting the website, served from Dublin (EU).
- Resend: sending sign-in emails, only if you save your coins.
Each works for us under a data processing agreement. Where a provider is based outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. The quickest way to delete everything is Menu → Save my coins → Delete my account and data in the game. For anything else, email us and we'll answer within a month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Children
Glowlock is for adults 18 and over. If you think someone under 18 has an account, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so in the game before it applies.
