Terms of use

These terms apply when you play Glowlock, run by HappySpace Games, the Netherlands. By playing you agree to them.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older to play.

2. Play coins, not money

• Glowlock is an entertainment game. It is not gambling: you never pay to play and you can't win money or prizes.
• Coins are play coins. They can't be bought, sold, cashed out, transferred or traded, and they have no value outside the game.
• Coins belong to the game, not to you. We may change balances, top-ups or the game rules, and we may reset coins, for example to fix an error.
• Success in Glowlock says nothing about how you would do at real-money gambling.

3. Fair play

Every round is decided on our server. Don't use bots, scripts or bugs to gain coins, and don't try to break or overload the service. If you find a bug, please tell us at support@ikbenpro.nl. We may close accounts that break these rules.

4. Your account

You can play as a guest. Guest accounts with no play for 30 days are removed. If you save your coins with an email address, keep access to that inbox: sign-in links go there. You can delete your account at any time from the menu.

5. The service

We provide Glowlock as it is, for free, and may change, pause or end it. We aim to keep it running but can't promise it always will. Since Glowlock is free and coins have no value, we are not liable for lost coins or progress, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability.

6. Ours and yours

The Glowlock name, logo, game, art and code are ours. Don't copy them without permission.

7. If gambling worries you

If gambling has become a problem for you or someone close to you, Loket Kansspel offers free, anonymous help 24 hours a day.

8. Law

Dutch law applies. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law says otherwise.

9. Changes
